Patrick Santini | Owner, Inventor, CEO


Patrick is the inventor and patent holder of the ModTruss product line. As previous owner and President of Kernwer LLC, Patrick has over 20 years experience in the entertainment production industry. It is this experience and knowledge that lead to the design of ModTruss and its accessories. As CEO Of ModTruss, Patrick will continue to develop and engineer the product line.



Steve Weltin | CFO


For 2 years Steve served as Kernwer LLC’s CFO and is now CFO of ModTruss. Prior to his time with Kernwer, Steve held a management position at Precision Metals and Hardware Inc. (PMHI). For 16 of his 22-year tenure at PMHI, Steve oversaw all operations as Executive Vice President. PMHI is a distributor of commercial hardware materials to general contractors for large construction projects throughout the Midwest.



Kelly Seymour | IT & Infrastructure


Kelly comes to ModTruss after 20 years in the I.T. field working at the Aerospace & Defense contractor ORBITEC in Madison, Wisconsin. Functioning as a one-man I.T. department, Kelly was responsible for managing the company servers, workstations/laptops, telecom system and building
access/security system. A natural lover of technology, Kelly is responsible for maintaining our Information Systems and assisting with electrical and mechanical projects.



Dean Calin | Aerospace Sales


With 30 years experience, Dean has serviced the aerospace commercial market. While representing almost every national and regional airline in the United States, Dean has used his strengths as a professional speaker and project manager to deliver products to the industry. As e-commerce began trending in the industry, Dean has not only adapted but also pioneered its influence. Dean’s ability to have foresight in the industry made it easy for him to call ModTruss home. Now leading the aerospace sales division, his expertise allows the partnership to soar to new heights.


Karlee Guay | Marketing & Graphic Design


Having been involved with the ModTruss product since its conception, Karlee Guay brings over 10 years of experience in graphic design, marketing and photography. She attended the University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh where she graduated with a Graphic Communications degree. Karlee is fluent in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign and also dabbles in video editing. The ModTruss team is excited to have her as the voice of our product through print and social media.


Ryan Luther | Sales

Ryan Luther has been embedded in the sports entertainment industry for upwards of 10 years. His talents of professional camera operator and onsite technical services allowed him to rub elbows at some of the worlds biggest events such as: the Olympics, Super Bowl and World Series to name a few. Ryan joined the ModTruss team in 2015, pioneering the Aerospace market as well as continuing the entertainment foothold. Ryan’s goodwill passion has given him the opportunities of teaching Physical Education at an international school in Kabul, Afghanistan and volunteering at orphanages in Haiti. In Ryan’s free time he can be found spending time hiking with his dogs, scuba diving, and cooking delicious food for his friends.


Morgan De Leon | Sales & Dealer Relations

Morgan De Leon joined the ModTruss team as a 15-year sales veteran. Having spent an important part of her career as the program director of one of the top Martial Arts Schools in the United States, Morgan assisted young children through adults in building character, discipline and critical life skills. Applying these skills to our dealer relations makes her a valuable asset to the ModTruss team.


Randy De Leon | Business Development

Randy’s role at ModTruss is to grow and develop new business relationships. Randy was previously the lead sales trainer for one of the nation’s top telecommunications companies which prepared him for this role. Delivering a friendly soft approach to his work it is clear why Randy excelled in his field. A true asset to ModTruss, we are happy to have Randy as our first point of contact.
